Shipping & Returns
We typically process all orders with 1-2 business days depending on the time you placed your order. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS.
All online orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail which typically takes 2-5 days depending on your location domestically.
We will provide a tracking number via the shipping notification email.
While we cannot guarantee that we can change the shipping address after you place an order, we do understand mistakes happen and if possible will make it happen. Please make sure to contact Niles@hudsonandfinn.com asap with an updated shipping address.
At this time, we only ship domestically.
We accept exchanges for the same item in a different color or size. If you need to make an exchange, we recommend following our return protocol and place a new order for the item that you would like.
We accept returns within 45 days for a full refund. We accept returns after this date for full store credit. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and without any visible wear and tear. Please allow 3-5 days for refund to appear on your bank statement.
You can visit your account within our website to initiate a return for your product. If you do not have an account, please email returns@hudsonandfinn.com with order number and reason for return. We will send you an email to print a return label. Next, place the items you are returning inside a package, tape the return label to the package, and drop off at your local USPS. We will ensure that the exchange or the return is processed from there. You will receive an email with confirmation.
We will email you a prepaid return label to ensure smooth sailing.
Please allow for up to 5 days for us to receive the goods. Once we have received the goods and if your item is in stock, we will process the new order within 3 business days and ship immediately to you.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Niles@hudsonandfinn.com with a photo of our mishap, any notes on what happened, and the order number. We apologize for any inconvenience and will work with you to solve and make sure we make you a happy customer.
Fit & Sizing
We only have one fit for shirts, pants, and jeans at this time. We recommend that you visit our Fit Guide to view measurements and a visual overview of how our clothes fit. A 6’0’’, 175 lb model fits perfectly into 32x32 pants and size Medium Shirt. In a world of too many options, let's stick to keeping it simple.
Our Pants and Jeans fit are designed for comfort and room in the waist, seat, and thighs then tapering at the knee to a much more tailored and narrow finish at the leg opening. It is a modern slim fit. We recommend ordering your normal size if you are unsure. If you like it a little tighter, try sizing down.
Our shirts feature a modern slim fit. There is room in the chest, slimmer sleeves, and a slim waist. The length of the shirt is perfect for wearing tucked or untucked.
